Top notch service everytime I have used Korrect plumbing. They are a bigger outfit where you might assume they would be higher priced based on their size and newer equipment but its actually the opposite. They usually come in cheaper and their quality in work is superior. Ive had them come in behind other plumbers and do what others said couldnt be done and for less money. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else.
Our water heater stopped working, it was 16 years old so we weren’t too surprised by it. The Korrect install team came out not long after I called. They installed our water heater same day and took great care in removing our old one. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy and took the stress out of it. Would highly recommend this wonderful company!
After making a call to Korrect Plumbing for a non emergent issue, a plumber was dispatched within 2 hours to fix our faucet and he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and got the problem resolved promptly and at a reasonable price. We are exceedingly pleased. He even got toilet in the same lavatory to stop dripping.
We had our water heater go out on us on a Tuesday. I called Korrect and they had a team out within 3 hours. They were fast: they removed our old water heater and had the replacement water heater completed within 90 minutes. They were very professional and knowledgeable, upfront with pricing, and were very considerate of our space and house (using drop cloths to walk on and cleaning up after themselves). We've previously used Korrect to remove an old water softener and install a new one, which was completed with similar professionalism and upfront pricing. Very happy with the service that we've received!
I was very pleased with results of the major repair that was accomplished in my home. Korrect Plumbing found the leak in my kitchen drain pipe that went to the main drain. I had plumbers working in my kitchen for 3 days to jack hammer the slab in my home to access the corroded cast iron pipe that is 70 years old. The men that were assigned to the work were very knowledgeable, along with being very polite and professional. They also kept the work area very clean which I greatly appreciated.
