Plumber did not have the simple toilet valve part on the truck despite my indicating that it was the part needing to be replaced. He left to go buy the part. The repair was done well.The $450 price did seem overpriced given it took him less than 30 minutes to complete the repair once he had the correct part on site.
Jordan was awesome. He walked me through the service scenarios for my water heater and recommended several options for future maintenence. He also confirmed that there were no obvious issues with the water heater. Very much appreciate the visit and the knowledge he offered around the flushing exercise and what my water heater needed.
Scheduled an appointment same day and the technician was out to my home in about 2 hours. Their app was pretty easy to use. I got a call 30-40 minutes before the techs arrival to make sure I still wanted the service. There's no fee for the tech coming out to see the problem at hand.Stephan was great! He listened to my toilet problem and was able to tell me how to solve it. He quoted me on the service before completing it. Stephan also helped me figure out why the water pressure from one of my sinks wasn't really working and he helped me find a work around solution for that. Thank you for your hospitable service Stephan!For the quick work he did, I feel like the cost was more than what the service was but I needed it done. $250 for augering the toilet (that was with discount from what he said) with a 7 day guarantee to come back out if the problem persists. I know he doesn't make the cost charts so I won't knock him if it's overpriced.

The service guy was friendly and he performed the job quickly, only issue I have is he should’ve placed the back wooden piece back in place after work was completed. I had to reschedule a call to have another technician return, just so they can remove the pipe and insert the piece back into place. It’s an inconvenience with waiting around for a schedule technician to become an available and spoils my plans for the day.Update: Another technician arrived the next day to insert the back wooden piece. We both noticed a puddle of water due to the previously technician not tightening the piece in the tube which cause leaking when I had the dishwasher running. I’m glad I had them return to inspect and it’s unfortunate that this would’ve caused mold and worsen my wood.Latest update: 8:35pm Same problem is happening after repair performed on 8/30 need to schedule to have a 3rd technician come back out to resolve this issue or I’m requesting a refund.
