I would highly recommend Bemas service to anyone.I have had to use Bema twice now, once for replacing the faucet in my shower, and the second to replace my old hot water tank. Both experiences were a pleasure. Tim responded quickly to my initial inquiries and was open to my availability and schedule.Tim was courteous when he arrived in my home both times, arriving early and fully prepared for the job.For the hot water tank replacement, Tim came over a week earlier for a 15 minute consult. We discussed options, pricing, scheduling and he got a look at the old tank. A week later Tim was back, took out the old tank, replaced it with the new tank, and hauled everything away. I dont know how it could have gone more smoothly.Tim also uses QuickBooks on his phone, so I was invoiced and had paid before Tim even left the building. Very convenient.
Over the past year we have used BEMA Plumbing for several jobs at our home and at our rented condo.
