I had to get a full system replacement, which is never good, but working with a company that values integrity and customer service made the experience much less painful. I got a new HVAC system from Force home services. Before signing the installation contract, I had 5 other companies pay me consultancy visits and provide quotes. I chose Force Home Services because they seem most upfront and honest about what (best) technology my money could buy. Some companies can provide you seemingly same technology/equipment but can cost-cut by providing lower quality coolant/refrigerant (something that I personally encountered) — things that a common home owner will hardly be aware about… in any case, Force Home was fabulous, they offed the best price, latest technology. The job is done and my HVAC works great! The installation is excellent, even the city inspector said that the installation has been done very well. And the staff/installation team was the best part, they were all knowledgeable, respectful, clean with work and overall, above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend Force Home Services!
We had our AC go out on Monday and gave them a call around 5pm, they called us back around 6:30pm and then were at our house Tuesday morning at 8am.Previously, I worked with Jax on a plumbing issue, then Larry to assess our AC. More recently, I worked with Brad Fox and let me tell you, these guys are hard workers. The job I hired Force Home took a little longer than expected, but Brad and his team worked nonstop to get my insulation up to code, and AC and ducts replaced. They didn't keep me in the dark and gave me updates throughout the job. Plus, these guys are great with cats and dogs, my family loved the guys from Force Home Services. Also, the back office is full of wonderful ladies who work to be one step ahead of you with paperwork.
