Knee Deep Plumbing

Knee Deep Plumbing has earned another repeat customer. KDP will be the first one I call if needed in the future. They communicated with us before, during, and after the repair. They called to let us know of an emergency job that came up and asked to reschedule the appointment. They let us know when they were on their way and when they arrived. Good communications. Nathan and Eric were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with the explanation of problems, repairs, and estimates. They tried the least invasive repair first, which worked out great. They were flexible when I asked them to make another preventive maintenance repair so we wouldn't have to call them out later for the same problem in the future. Keep up the excellent work ethic and customer relations. We highly recommend KDP.

Thank you so much to Mike and Robert for coming out so quickly and fixing my leak. They were super nice, explained it all to me, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I know Aubrey was far but I didn't hear one negative remark from either one of them! Not even about my barking dogs!

Knee Deep Plumbing did an amazing job!! Not only did they get out here within 2 hours of us calling with an emergency situation (with all the roads iced over!!), but Michael, his associate, and Sue were all SO friendly and ready to help. They figured out the problem and had it fixed very quickly, despite having to make a run back for special equipment. I can't say enough good things. We're so thankful they were able to help today and so quickly!!!
