This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE with a company!!! If I could give them NO STARS, I would! What is crazy about all of this is the first time we used them, they were great. This company added fraudulent fees (thinking the insurance was going to cover) to my bill, tore up my walls (they did not want to go back to the office for the right equipment), and installed the second hot water heater incorrectly. Had the original owner see my concerns & recognized these mistakes were ON THEM & they would make it right. Yet nothing has happened since this visit and no one will call me back to review the bill & discuss next steps. I have been patient & professional and no one knows how to return a call. When I do get in touch with someone (not the right ones), empty promises are made b/c someone is focused on building their personal house. Save yourself & DO NOT USE Frymire!

Noel Ochoa presented himself well! Neat, clean and super helpful ??. He did a great job assessing my heating unit. I highly recommend him. Great representative of Frymire. I give him 5 ??

Edwin is awesome! He came out in the freezing cold to help me & my family figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He was able to get it running properly, and was very professional. I hope next time I need one of their technicians they send Edwin again!! ????
