This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE with a company!!! If I could give them NO STARS, I would! What is crazy about all of this is the first time we used them, they were great.This company added fraudulent fees (thinking the insurance was going to cover) to my bill, tore up my walls (they did not want to go back to the office for the right equipment), and installed the second hot water heater incorrectly. Had the original owner see my concerns & recognized these mistakes were ON THEM & they would make it right. Yet nothing has happened since this visit and no one will call me back to review the bill & discuss next steps. I have been patient & professional and no one knows how to return a call. When I do get in touch with someone (not the right ones), empty promises are made b/c someone is focused on building their personal house. Save yourself & DO NOT USE Frymire!

Edwin is awesome! He came out in the freezing cold to help me & my family figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He was able to get it running properly, and was very professional. I hope next time I need one of their technicians they send Edwin again!! ????
We were very impressed and happy with Frymire & technician Vicente during ourrecent service visit for our tankless water heater. He was prompt,explained our problem, and offered us options to deal with our issue. We elected to have the unit replaced which was done quickly.
It was great interacting with Ryland. He explained everything, was efficient, professional and polite.However, the price I was told ($75) when I had called to set up the tankless water heater flushing service was apparently for regular tank heater system. Mr Crank mentioned that the quote was probably made by AI system. Anyway, I ended up paying $375. The warranty notice says $375 with $99 credit towards service.Please make sure that your customer service people on telephone or the AI system (if you use it) are trained well and give correct information. Otherwise you will lose customers.In closing, Mr Crank was great. You call center people or system needs attention.
