In the past two years, my toilet has had a wobble. I’ve had many plumbers come and try to address it, and the various problems it has caused. For the second time, it was leaking into my kitchen (what a disaster). Ben is the first plumber to identify why we have reoccurring issues, remedy them, and offer ideas and solutions to prevent repeated issues.He was incredibly thorough, and thoughtful. He made sure I understood exactly what the problem was this time, how he was going to solve it, and what red flags I could look out for to avoid water in the kitchen again. I probably asked the same question 5 different ways to make sure I really understood and he answered patiently each time. Speaking of patience, I have a nosy toddler who was “supervising” him, and he graciously answered all of her questions too and seemed genuinely interested in her concerns. Really went above and beyond.
