I called and spoke to a young woman. I asked her if Plomberie Martel sold high-end Atl brand faucets, specifically the collection I was interested in. I simply wanted to know the availability and prices. She took my contact information BUT NEVER CALLED ME BACK. In the meantime, I contacted a supplier in St-Hyacinthe, and the man took the time to provide me with all the necessary information during that single call.
I made an appointment, and they made me wait two days, trying to convince me I wasn't available, only to then claim they had "emergencies." No return calls! No follow-up! Finally, they offered me the option of being on call, meaning I'd have to wait by the phone for their service.If it's a residential emergency, don't use this company.
