Reviews
What customers say
One customer praises a quick installation and the owner's friendly, attentive manner; another says access to an on-site interior designer was helpful. One customer reports that their girlfriend was laughed at while shopping and told she was too young to see more expensive products; a different customer describes condescending treatment and equipment ordered incorrectly. In one plumbing complaint, a customer says the plumber did not listen, the bill was more than double what it would have been with a competitor, and the owner did not answer when the customer tried to discuss it after the owner suggested a call.
Customer Reviews
Kévin Yergeau
Very excited new owner! #1 products and installation. Access to an on-site interior designer is very helpful!
Alexandre Cyr
Really bad customer service. My girlfriend goes shopping and is laughed at in her face by the person who served her, she who called herself the owner, really unprofessional for a business owner. Then they can't supposedly show more expensive products because she's too young. We'll go shopping elsewhere and we don't recommend them to anyone.
Mathieu Chouinard
Condescending. Treats everyone like idiots, but doesn't even order the right equipment. Probably to overcharge for service... 25% charge on returned merchandise (not shown on the invoice). A nasty swindler who thinks he's something special. Avoid him. You know who I'm talking about.
