I just wanted to share my bad experience with this company. If this helps someone avoid a similar situation, that would be great. I needed a plumber for a simple job, nothing complicated. I can assure you of this with proof. This company gave me a verbal quote, which I accepted, and well, I never imagined it would lead to a bill for over $2,000.This company first sent a plumber to my house, and a few minutes later another arrived. Neither of them knew how to do the job. After about an hour and a half of nothing being done, another plumber arrived, gave instructions, and finally, both plumbers started the work. According to them, installing the pipes for a washer and dryer in my basement bathroom, which has no ceiling and easy access to the drain and sewer line, took them a full day. A job that wasn't even up to standard, an exaggerated 4 hours, would cost me over $2,000 because, according to them, I would have to pay the fees of three plumbers I never requested, for a total of 16 hours of work. As you can imagine, I couldn't accept this abuse and I contacted consumer protection and the CMMTQ (Corporation des maîtres mètres-mètres-mètres du travail du Québec). After this whole process, the company and I reached an agreement, which I accepted considering the time it would take to go to small claims court, even though it was worth pursuing to the end. This company gave me a verbal quote without explaining all the details. This company wanted to bill me for the fees of three plumbers without ever asking for my consent or notifying me before starting the work. Furthermore, this company billed me for more hours of work than would be necessary to complete this type of job. Well, if anyone requests the services of this company, I wish them good luck.
