I had a great experience with Apex Pros. I highly recommend them. Salesman Chris gave great recommendations for upgrading electrical outlets, breaker box, kitchen light and thermostat. Electricians Eric and his heler were excellent at installing all the many devices in a timely manner. The great HVAC team of Michael and Preston were excellent at installing the new smart home thermostat and furnace power surge breaker. And the office team was great at keeping in touch through the whole process.
Last week my furnace died. I had two companies come out and I was unable to get it fixed or replaced as my finances were tight and have a few credit issues. I was at wits end, my wife has stage 4 cancer and it was freezing in the house. I called Apex and they sent a project manager out named Darrell. When he arrived he immediately showed interest in my hobby of building model plane, which made me feel at ease. After discussing my issue and explains my wife’s health, he assured me that he would find a solution. He contacted a lender that was able to help us if we were able to open a checking account. Of course we don’t have a car, so he took me to the bank to get the account open. After everything was approved he called his office to have my new furnace install expedited. The personal service from Darrell was something I’ve never experienced and the Apex came through immediately and installed my furnace. This company deserves 5 stars and I will recommend them to anyone!
From the first call I made on, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I don’t know much about this company as it my first experience with them, but I can say that they sent out one of their best representatives/technicians when they sent Colin French. At age 68, I can tell a man with good character when I see one, which is rare these days. He was polite and extremely respectful of my home and especially to myself. He explained everything that needed done to fix my water pressure problem in a way that I could easily understand. He also provided me with updates as the work was being done. He installed new plumbing throughout and re-routed it away from my electric panel, new pressure tank, gauges and valves in my almost 100 year old log cabin. Prior to his great job, I had practically zero water pressure and it would take at least 2 hours to fill up the bathtub and my washer couldn’t even detect H2O, so I couldn’t use it at all. I had 3 other companies come to my home prior to Apex. None of the other 3 impressed me at all. However, Apex (Colin) did from the get-go. I consider Colin a remarkable representative for the Apex company. He brought with him an apprentice (Mo). He was a fine representative of the company as well. I was within ear shot and was impressed with Colin’s teaching ability. The cost was fair considering the amount of work that was done and the professional, yet personal service that I received. To be honest, they came in as Plumbers, but left as what I consider friends, even if our paths never cross again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Apex. Ask for Colin, you won’t be disappointed.
I was down with (NO HOT WATER) and no way to keep going for the day. After talking to Blake at Apex Pros.he assured me that the money I would spend to try to save this tank would not justify the money spent. It was better to replace it which at that time I agreed also, he assured me it would be painless also a good replacement. I would be back up running and running with little to no downtime. that man was right!! he went right to working on it explained the process, which to me seemed very complicated. You can tell this man’s a professional in his trade. He also advised me on a couple other things to keep in mind going forward. in case I needed to replace those as well in the future. Not only did Blake I feel go above and beyond his professionalism was superior like no other. As my youngest sons was trying to watch him work, he even made time to talk to them and share a few laughs and let my youngest son hold the flashlight for a short time. made him feel like he was important also that made his day!! My son felt like he accomplished something. he told me he helped me fix it Dad. We need more people like this in the world they go above and beyond for the customer, and even though they didn’t know us, it was almost like family when he left. He had very little to no cleanup left when the job was complete. Everything looked as good as it should. He did advise me. It would take a few minutes for the tank to warm up. he knocked this one out out of the park. Thanks, Blake for a wonderful experience will be looking to your services in the future. PS my youngest son is now watching hot water tank videos on YouTube. I think he amazed himself and now he wants to become a plumber. Thanks again Blake and have a wonderful holiday can’t say thanks enough ??????
