Reviews
What customers say
Two reviewers said they would use the company again. One customer valued a text when the technician was on the way, the ability to see where he was, a phone explanation, and an invoice with pictures; another described a next-day appointment, an arrival within the given window, and a water-softener installation. A customer reported that one technician could not snake a drain, that the visit was still charged, and that another technician entered without knocking.

The company texted me when the service man was on his way, and I could see where he was. He explained to me on the phone what he was going to do to solve my problem. When he was done, he sent the invoice and pictures. Will use them again
Katie LaPlace
Wonderful experience! Will definitely use again.

They offer free estimates but then want $99 for a service call. Any company that lies about that should not be trusted. I needed a shut-off valve replaced at my toilet and replacing parts. They should be able to give an estimate. I told them what the scope of work would be. Look at the pics I captured on their site when I requested a quote. FREE ESTIMATE. Lies

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.
