The online booking process was quick and easy, and they followed up with a phone call to confirm all the appointment details. Pricing felt fair too. I had a gas leak which was diagnosed by the gas company and their recommendation was to have a plumber permanently fix the issue. Based on reviews I chose Streamline. They were fast to get me an appointment and kept me included as to the technician's arrival. Two very polite and knowledgeable men arrived on time. They troubleshoot the problem and came up with solutions to solve it. I selected the one which was best for my family. They worked hard above and below the house and after a couple of hours, everything worked fine and the leak corrected. Very happy to refer this company for all their services if this is the type of service received every time. Not one complaint from me. I'm also interested in the maintenance service package on all plumbing, electrical, hvac and drain systems bundled. At first glance seems like a great deal but I'll need to read more about coverage. I'll amend this post when I decide. Thank you for solving this problem.

Our downstairs heat pump went out, and with our HVAC system being 18 years old, and this not being the first issue we’ve had with the system, everything has to be replaced. We received quotes from 4 different companies, and decided to go with Streamline Services. Not only because we were presented with a package that would meet all of our needs and is going to work with our budget, but the service we received while getting an estimate was great! Preston was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, went over everything in great detail, was very knowledgeable & personable, and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave us peace of mind before we even decided to hire Streamline for the job! We know we made the right decision and that we won’t be disappointed with our new HVAC system!!
