Contacted Mr Rooter to have my shower handle replaced and Kyle B attended to do the service. Kyle was absolutely incredible! From his ability to explain what was needed and why, to taking the time to ensure the installation was perfect, I can’t say enough good things about the experience.I would 100% recommend Kyle for anyone’s plumbing needs, and the process of scheduling the appointment was fantastic with Mr Rooter as well
Our sewer backed up 2 days before Christmas, I called a couple of places but Mr. Rooter was the only one that would come out that day. They fixed the issue and recommended having my sewer pipes flushed. I had never heard of doing that, soI looked into it and it is on occasion something a home owner should do. So SAM the tech said if I got it done in the next month he would absorb the cost of the first invoice into the cost of the second invoice. I called them about a month later and booked. I spoke with Erin on the phone and honestly she was so cheerful sounding I thought I had gotten a bot receptionist. I was taken aback that she was a live person, as quite often you make a phone call to a company and the person on the other end answers the phone in a very routine way. Anyways she was lovely, Sam came back with two other guys to do the flush. They were neat, quick, efficient. Sam even took the time to recommend using an enzyme cleaner to use as a preventative measure. I asked about the company and it was refreshing to here his positive outlook on the company, he even told me the owner was an awesome guy and would help out doing pretty much anything. Thought that was pretty cool too.
?????I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Rooter—especially Darryl! He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. You can truly tell he cares about his work and his customers. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made a stressful plumbing issue so much easier to deal with. I felt confident and well taken care of the entire time. I would 100% recommend Darryl and Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for top-notch service!Special shout out to the call desk as well. They’re all very nice and friendly.
Egads. Where to begin?I worked on renovating my home all summer, yet it is still very much a work in progress. New floor, new sink, new toilet, new washing machine, and the list goes on. As a "I can do it myself" type of person, I greatly enjoy turning my hand to DIY projects as much as my knowledge and skill set allows. However, I needed a professional to help me with a water leak.Ryan Doering came out to my home to help. First impression: friendly, professional, and ready to solve the problem. After explaining the situation to him, Ryan did some problem solving and successfully figured out what was wrong. Yep...I had installed pot racks and lid holders in the summer and wouldn't ya know it... I had punctured the drain pipe coming from the upstairs bathroom and it suddenly started dripping when the shower was turned on yesterday. Humph. I should have requested the builder install see-through walls!Needless to say, Ryan was extremely helpful and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Gracious as he was, he didn't chuckle at my drywall-cutting attempt or my ability to drill through a drain pipe! For any further issues with my home plumbing, I will certainly be requesting Ryan as the Mr Rooter technician again. I was very impressed with both his customer service and his skill set.Thank you, Ryan!
From our first encounter with James Cromwell, the Field Supervisor to the install crew, Charmaine G and Nathan C. and all the others doing the inside and outside work, I can not express how extremely happy we are with every aspect of the job well done. It can be very daunting having to deal with a sewer back but dealing with top professionals like Mr Rooter made every stage of the repair so easy for us. From dealing with our insurance to the final clean up this crew was amazing.Thank you all 5+ ??????????all the way.
