Reviews
What customers say
Several customers appreciated technicians’ explanations and updates; one customer also praised clear, timely communication. A customer describes a next-day visit to clear a root-related sewer blockage, while another appreciated being told that the water heater needed rebuilding rather than automatically being advised to get a new one.

Fast response time and very courteous. They did not automatically advise a new water heater was needed, only that it needed rebuilding. Rooter Man will be my go-to plumber for future needs. Thank you for your help when we really need it.
