They are amazing! Had some burst pipes in the downstairs bathroom as well as a leaking pipe in the basement and they took my same day call and came within 20 mins to help fix the problem. He took his time to make sure the pipes affected were replaced and that there were no leaks before he left. Great work for a reasonable price.

I have had work at my apartment done by L&S Plumbing for over 10 years. Our landlord, before and after the sale of the house, chose to use them, and for some very good reasons.

L&S is responsive in a crisis, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and tidy. They've worked with me to respond to emergencies quickly while still respecting my work and responsibility-based schedule.

Today they replaced a water heater that broke, something they had predicted when replacing a leaking pipe recently. If it had been my call, I would have had them replace the water heater then - I trust their opinion completely.

You truly need a plumber like Jesus. He came out for a service call because we had a clogged draining line. He diagnosed the issue and recommended to replace the whole pipe because the old carbon pipe was broken. Next day he came out again and replaced the line in less than 3 hours. Very professional and provided a receipt for the job done in case there were any issues in the future.
