Since Ready's Plumbing didn't a camera to check out my drain line, they couldn't do anything for my specific problem. So why give a 5-star rating? For a start, there was good communication. I was kept abreast of delays and then when he hit the road to come to my house.Second, I appreciated his honesty. He could have just made up some rubbish to collect a check. Instead, he felt the drain line should be inspected first rather than just assume things and then charge for a fix that might not be a fix. I respect that. For that, I give the five star rating.
Devin has done MAGNIFICENT work for us again this year. He responded quickly (arrived within an hour) on a Sunday morning to repair a burst pipe, and then he came two days later to install a shut-off valve to our outdoor faucet. He is extremely professional, responds quickly to all communications, and his price is fair!! We will definitely call him again for all issues! Highly recommend his services.

My elderly mother and step father had a hot water heater die on them while I was visiting from out of town. We called this company per a recommendation by Lewis Smith Supply in Enterprise.Devin answered the phone and said he could make it over after he finished a job he was on. He had us buy the water heater from Lewis Smith to save time. They sell the only American made water heater out there apparently. We went and got it and had it ready when he got there. He came over and went to work. He got the old one drained, removed it, repiped the water connections. and had the new one installed the same day in just a few hours.His pricing was fair, he was professional, fast, and he lived up to his name…. Ready!Honesty is hard to find sometimes in contractors. You won’t have that problem with Devin. He’s an honest hard working young man, and I’d highly recommend him!
