I had a great experience with Woodall Heating & Cooling. My AC suddenly stopped working and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. My home warranty company couldn’t get someone out until several days later, so I’m really glad I called Woodall. The technician took his time to figure out what was going on and didn’t rush the visit, even though it ended up being a long call. In the end, he was able to get the unit working again without replacing any parts. I really appreciated the honesty and the effort to fix the issue instead of immediately recommending expensive repairs. Very professional service and I would definitely call them again.
Really liked Ms Velvet & Rick, the rest of the technicians I met were great too but I think the communication between the team gets lost. I had a lot of hvac work done & units installed indoors and out. The drip pan on my first floor wasn’t properly installed so water pulled to one side of the pan & leaked into my bedroom. The water damaged the ceiling and it ruined and lifted my hardwood floors. I literally just painted and sanded/stained/sealed my floors. I had different techs come out, it would get drained with their shop vacs but then I kepthaving the same issue. I kept having to put towels in the attic and just wait it out. I even mentioned it wasn’t level to the last technician and I let him use my level to confirm. I think I ended up calling again to coordinate a solution. When the guys came to fix the pan I even cut a new wooden board out so they could replace the wet rotten wood underneath. It was really bad. I spoke with a male advisor I don’t remember who and I was told the wood was treated, they didn’t need to replace it. Idk. I know mistakes happen but the damage and time wasn’t worth all the trouble I went through to coordinate a solution. I felt like someone should’ve followed up sooner or just even touched base after the mistake. I gave them a second shot this February and had my maintenance done. Tech (really nice) asked me to sign & I was told I could get a copy emailed of the services completed that day. I never did. I really wanted it to work, I need more things done but I have to find a new company.
The guys that came, showed up on time and did a very good job. They were very professional, informative, and did a great job replacing my unit. Price was very reasonable also. Highly would recommend this company to anyone.
Mike and Alex were outstanding and professional, they did excellent work. Jeff led the charge and was as good as Mike and Alex.Ryan and the office staff were also excellent.Our Woodall experience was five stars and then some.
Bought a new how here in Enterprise Nov. 2025. Despite having the AC unit inspected prior to purchase it froze up immediately and would not cool the house. Called woodall immediately. It wasn’t an easy fix, turns out the home warranty team installed the unit improperly. Took the wood all crew 4 visits to fix the issue. It wasn’t cookie cutter but they got it and most importantly didn’t twist my arm with the price. They even worked through the holiday to make sure my family was comfortable through the Christmas holiday. May God bless them for their service and customer service! They have earned our business for life! Thank you to Ryan and the service techs; top notch and a cut above the rest!
