Reviews commonly mention quick scheduling and technicians arriving when promised. Many customers highlight polite, professional techs who explain the problem and provide clear pricing before work begins. Positive notes include tidy work areas and effective leak and water heater fixes. A smaller number of reviews cite occasional misdiagnosis or upsell concerns, suggesting results can vary by technician.

Had a leaky faucet on Monday night called Reeves Plumbing on Tuesday morning at 8 am . Dan the dispatcher answered and I told him my problem. He told me that a service tech would be here first call. Gavin a young courteous man showed up at 8:30 and looked at the faucet leaking. He said it was the faucet and I needed a new one. He also checked under the sink and my metal pipes needed replaced. He then gave me a reasonable quote and did the job. He explained everything to me and got it fixed. Very smart young man and friendly. His name is Gavin. Well on Thursday I thought the handle for the hot and cold water was on wrong. Call two and talked to Claire the receptionist and explained what I thought. She also was very helpful. Well they sent Nate another service man out. Here at 10am. Also very nice and he told me it was installed right. My mistake. I recommend Reeves Plumbing to anyone who needs good people and work. Very satisfied.

I was so happy that I had the same tech (Jeff) come out to work on the house -- water pressure had dropped significantly -- he had replaced the stack 2 years prior -- turns out it was a filter that a tenant had self-installed. He did a great job, very knowledgable and professional :). Reeves is saved in my phone.

Finding The Water Leak:

I have 3 floors in my home. The plumber removed part of the ceiling on the FIRST FLOOR and a part of a wall under the sink on the SECOND FLOOR looking for where the water was leaking from. He couldn't find it. He went to the THIRD FLOOR (attic) and FOUND the water leak that COULD BE SEEN on the floor. The stream of water was coming from a rubber-hose that became partially disconnected from the drainage pipe. Water drips down. It stands to reason he should've started looking for the leak on the 3rd floor first. He said he "wiped up the water with a rug that he found in my attic" that temporally stopped the leak and left for the day.

Day #2: Another crew came the following day (at additional cost) and attached the tubing to the drainage pipe.

They charged me a total of $2,698.00 for 2 days of work and I need to unnecessarily replace a ceiling and part of a wall because the first plumber didn't have the professional-wherewithal to rule out all possibilities FIRST before removing walls and ceilings. (That I am now financially responsible for)

I have called their company several times and no one has returned my calls. What is even more disturbing to me is that they are so blatant. In my mind, that suggests that they've been practicing this lucrative and corrupt conduct for a while, at the cost of trusting clients. They don't and won't fix their mistakes.

To Conclude:

I am paying $2,698.00 plus thousands of dollars more to replace a ceiling and wall repair that had NOTHING to do with fixing the leak. These folks didn't do the right thing. If they did it to me, it stands to reason they'll do it to you. Buyer Beware!

Jeff came out and the first thing he said was my furnace was old, then he fiddled around with things and told me that I needed a new heat exchanger and it would be expensive that I might as well just get a whole new furnace and that would be around $5,000 to $6,000. He also mentioned that it was extremely dangerous and dont recommend me turning the gas on. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called another place and they came out and here all i needed was a draft inducer which I bought and had installed for $211 and now it works great ??
