Erik did a phenomenal job. I had a lot going on today and he worked efficiently and methodically. Really great job. He replaced three toilets. I had leaks and issues with all three for quite a while. Everything is brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Fair price considering all the work that was done. I highly recommend Erik. My go-to local plumbing company with an outstanding reputation... and it’s easy to see why! They truly care about doing things right and bring a high level of expertise to residential plumbing and water solutions. What really sets them apart is their knowledge of San Diego’s water quality and their ability to recommend the best filtration options so you can drink, cook, and bathe with clean, healthy water! Giancarlo, the owner, is the best! honest, knowledgeable, and a true family man who clearly takes pride in his work and his company. If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumbing and water expert in San Diego, I highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

Erik was full of knowledge and skillfully replaced our water pressure valve and leaking dishwasher. He offered open communication and explained the repair process in ways that were easily understood. I would also echo back what other reviewers are saying: they are on time, reliable, and offer a quick response time.
