Jason was outstanding in every way. He called me to give me his time frame. He was courteous and professional. He was very empathetic about my condition (I had wrenched my back while crouching under sink to try to stop the gushing water). He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, and explained to me how the entire system works in my house, which was interesting and helpful in understanding why I had a big clog in my system. He spent a lot of time fixing the issue and making sure things were running smoothly. He then spent extra time checking my hot water heater and water pressure, since I had just moved into this house barely a month ago. Overall, Jason was just super and I will definitely request him back if and when I need future plumbing needs. My Handyman recommended Rooter Hero a few months back when I was getting ready to sell my previous house. I remembered the company when the leak emergency happened yesterday. I also want to give a shout-out to Ana, the dispatcher who answered the phone. She was kind and had a good sense of humor. You could tell she cared. Great experience and will definitely recommend to my new neighbors here in Seven Oaks!

I was particularly impressed with their hustle and positive attitude, especially at such a late hour.
