We called them to replace a water heater. They quoted us a same day fee and everything and we were perfectly fine with it due to us having guests coming for the superbowl last week. This guy absolutely bailed on the entire project and didn't say anything until 2 hours after the original scheduled time.
I needed a few drains cleared. I didn't care for the AI answering the phone. She was rude! Vincent came out that next day and took care of our drains. He suggested the "Schroom Drain" to reduce the hair getting into our drains. They work great! Vincent was very professional and friendly. He struggled with one of our drains, but got it cleared! Adolfo was a great plumber. I needed immediate attention and he was here in an hour… He was able to cap off my shower faucet so I could get the rest of the home’s water running. He replaced the shower the next day with no problems. Adolfo was thoughtful and courteous. I would definitely use true plumbing again.
