I could not asked for a better experience. With a number of options available, I settled on Reynolds for my electrical problem. Great decision. Parker was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. He explained issues in terms I could understand and solved the problem quiickly and efficiently. I also give high marks for to Reynolds for high level communication - the text messages were most appriciated.
Nick took his time assessing our electrical issues and was very thorough. He was prompt and very respectful. He was relaxed and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. Reynolds has a great text messaging system so that you know when they are in the way as well as confirming and communicating prior to appointment. The office staff are also friendly and dependable. We plan to proceed with recommended repairs and willpost again after our job is complete!
Hank and his associate, James, were amazing! They went above expectations installing our sink and faucet. They were great communicators that let us know in advance any potential issues . They were exceptionally clean with their work too . Hank looks young for his age but don’t let this fool you . He really knows his plumbing and has a lot of experience . I will certainly request Hank and James at Reynolds for our next plumbing project . Everyone at Reynolds front office were very nice as well . I’m glad we hired them :-)

We really appreciated Parker coming out this afternoon to troubleshoot our electrical issues. He figured out the problem very quickly and was able to explain it to both my husband and I so we could better understand should it happen again. He was very friendly , polite, kind, professional, and helpful. What a nice young man who truly knows his profession. We are grateful that Reynolds Electric could get someone out so quickly and we were notified of who was coming with a photo and their arrival. Great experience!!
