They were the most responsive of all the contractors we contacted about our chronic sewer line problems. Travis was at our house within minutes to offer an estimate and then back two twice in a matter of days to resolve a years-long problem. He was clear as to the scope of the work, explained everything, and talked us through the process. Dollar to dollar, they were not our cheapest option, but we trusted Travis and are happy with the work he did.

It was the first time we had to call someone to fix a problem at our house. Roto-Rooter was prompt and came out twice in the evening to fix our clogged main line. They honored their warranty as well. I would recommend them to anyone. Gianni and Travis were kind, informative and fixed the issue quickly.
