Steven is a truly incredible plumber & human being. He loves what he does and works with purpose and precision. We had several other plumbers out before calling All Pro and none of them could solve our leak into the crawlspace. Steven was able to locate the leak quickly, explain the problem to us clearly, and solve the issue with ease. You aren’t going to find a more knowledgeable plumber than him. Additionally, I love that All Pro has connections to other companies who can remediate, repair drywall, and correct any crawl space issues. We will be calling All Pro for 100% of our plumbing issues moving forward!
Hot water heater sprung a significant leak and then failed completely. Karrie from All Pro Plumbing Northwest responded very quickly and had a service technician at our home within the hour. Miguel (service technician) was absolutely amazing. He stopped the leak and quickly bypassed the failed unit in order to temporarily restore hot water to the house. Our other water heater was going on 11 years old so we decided to replace both. Efficient and professional doesn’t even come close to describing Miguel. The quality of his work is incredible. He’s a true craftsman! He had all the work done within a day and a half and took the time to explain every step and provided everything we needed to make informed decisions. I would highly recommend Miguel and All Pro Plumbing Northwest.
On Oct 1, 2025, All Pro Plumbing Northwest LLC installed a handheld shower using a part I had already purchased. The first quote I received was $454, which was later revised to $283. The invoice lists a $69 visit/quote fee. The installation was very quick, and no additional parts were needed. Based on my experience, I felt the price was high for the task, so I personally wouldn’t use this service again. Others may have different experiences—sharing mine here to help fellow customers.
Thank you to Miguel and Cody! Kerri was also a pleasure to speak with on the phone to help us schedule our plumbing upgrades. The team was able to replace water shut offs, toilets, and install a new utility sink in our warehouse all in a day. They encountered some problems with the old plumbing but were able to navigate through it. We will use them for any future plumbing and recommend them to anyone (residential or commercial). Professional, knowledgeable, clean, and friendly!
