Jaren Larson, A plumbing technician from Gene Johnson came to do work for us a couple of weeks ago. We had a nonworking toilet because of a leak out of the bottom. I called and He came the very next day. He Completed the job and cleaned up thoroughly. He also spent extra time going over some non-related questions we had about piping and heating elements Housed in the garage, which Runs throughout our place. Later he sent over an estimate for a possible future project. We would love for him to be our go to guy if Available, If any future issues pop up. I’ve waitedto do this review wanting to see how the work held up and so far everything is working well.
Called Gene johnson plumbing with issues with my water heater tanks leaking at a fitting they sent technician Derek solberg out & he discovered that the previous installers had did it incorrectly . So gave me an estimate on repair cost which was way lower than another company quoted me & completely different than what they were going to do . So with out hesitation I agreed with his estimate & did it all today done and a very excellent job done by Derek ! Highly recommend this company !! The other company name ended in town - they had nothing but excuses for not showing up to do the job but I’m now happy with them not coming there loss my big gain ! Thank you Gene Johnson plumbing !
Mike Pierce came to my home today and inspected a plumbing problem that I have. He clearly knew what he was doing, and did a good job of working with me to diagnose the problem.He educated me on the nature of the problem, and described for me a number of solutions at different price points.I appreciated his professionalism and clear communication style. If and when I need a plumber in the future, I'll be calling Gene Johnson Plumbing again.
Hugo Lira Hernandez was our technician for water heater maintenance. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional and courteous. He clearly explained the maintenance process and fixed some small issues. The work is completed efficiently and thoroughly. He provided great advice on things I could do.
We had a water leak that flooded the garage. The first quote was for the next day. We decided to ask around for something sooner. Hugo came in took care of the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional, very clean and caring around his work. Great customer service. I would recommend to all my friends.
