Reviews consistently mention quick responses and clear explanations before work begins. Customers appreciate being given options with pros and cons, without pressure. Many note careful, tidy workmanship and reliable follow-through on schedules. Water heater replacements and routine fixture and drain repairs come up frequently.

We are repeat customers for a reason. Justin responds quickly to calls and promptly gets in motion. He analyzes the situation, explains the problem in terms we understand, presents problem solving choices, then to gets to work. He is meticulous, honest and takes pride in a job well done. PacWest will always be our “go to” for plumbing needs.

Justin, the owner of PacWest and primary plumber, has provided service to my home and to my duplex several times over the last 5 years. I have never been disappointed with his service. In fact, it has always meet and exceeded my expectations.
He patiently explains what the problem is, what he can do along with his recommendations. He then leaves the choice or choices up to me without due pressure.
And then and most importantly, he provides quality work and craftsmanship.
I don't hesitate to recommend he and his company to anyone.

I recommend Justin and Pac West Services to my neighbors and friends. Most recently Justin replaced the bathroom sink drains on three bathroom sinks in my condo. One of the sinks was replaced also. He replaced the fill valve on one toilet. Justin has helped me with kitchen sink issues and he installed a water heater in the past. He has my trust due to his reliability, thoroughness and willingness to explain what he's doing and why. His work has never failed in my experience.

Kitel Bonallo Ogden on Pac West Services/Plumbing

PacWest replaced my 15+ yr old water heater and upgraded the set up to make it safer for us. They worked with my budget and availability and helped me prioritize for the long term. Both Justin and Justin were informative, professional, thorough and relatable- from inspection/assessment, planning/quoting and install. I highly recommend them! We will be calling again for some bathroom upgrades as soon as the budget allows.

East Mountain on Pac West Services/Plumbing

We purchased a home that ended up needing more work than we originally thought. I spoke with several plumbers and ended up using Pacwest because of the amount of time and effort they put into giving us viable options with pros and cons given our situation.
They communicated well with expected start times, possible delays, and variable costs that they couldn't address until they opened up walls to better assess.
Justin and Eric did not leave the house the first day until they had restored our gas and felt comfortable leaving us with a working system.
If you want transparency in costs, good honest estimates as to what can and can't be done and why, then choose Pacwest.

Update 4/2020. Almost a year later we were faced with another major repair which involved the house sewer line. we got several opinions because this was a major undertaking. Again we chose Pacwest. We didn't choose them for having the best price. We chose them because they had the best advice and we knew that they would treat the home like it belonged to a dear relative. What started out as a one month repair and replace turned into a 3 month demo and renovation due to the hidden damage. Justin and his crew worked tirelessly with updates, and suggestions every step of the way. We are grateful for their services and highly recommend them to anyone with a leak or major project. From small to all give them a call.
