He analyzes the situation, explains the problem in terms we understand, presents problem solving choices, then to gets to work. He is meticulous, honest and takes pride in a job well done. Justin, the owner of PacWest and primary plumber, has provided service to my home and to my duplex several times over the last 5 years. I have never been disappointed with his service. In fact, it has always meet and exceeded my expectations. He patiently explains what the problem is, what he can do along with his recommendations. He then leaves the choice or choices up to me without due pressure. And then and most importantly, he provides quality work and craftsmanship. I recommend Justin and Pac West Services to my neighbors and friends. Most recently Justin replaced the bathroom sink drains on three bathroom sinks in my condo. One of the sinks was replaced also. He replaced the fill valve on one toilet. Justin has helped me with kitchen sink issues and he installed a water heater in the past.
