Thanks for selling me an incomplete item without telling me i need something else, when i specifically asked for what i needed and was not communicated that i needed another part that's not included and sold separately. Which cost me an additional 90 plus extra on a job.. I really like getting home later because of some else....Which is too bad, because the other pacific branches do a great job generally speaking....
It's a great place for plumbing contractors. If you are a homeowner, please go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Nothing is more frustrating than when you're in a hurry to snag a few things and you have a clueless homeowner wonder into Pacific wasting everyone's time
