First, I don't leave reviews. But I feel like I need to share how amazing Platinum Mechanical is. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the only people I trust to work on anything that goes wrong in my home. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, transparent, respond quickly, and take the time to explain everything in detail. The first time I used them, I’m ashamed to admit I had left my garage door open in 40 below weather, which caused my pipes to freeze. Alex was at my house within 20 minutes—on THANKSGIVING DAY—and fixed the problem immediately. That alone earned my respect. When it came time to install the boiler in my new house, they were already incredibly busy yet still found a way to fit me into their schedule. I then obnoxiously added a pressure tank and water softener to the job, and Cash knocked it all out the same day without hesitation. Their work is solid, they’re honest, and they’re worth every penny. I recommend them to everyone I know. Very grateful we have an option like Platinum Mechanical in this town!!

These guys a professional fast and do a great job. Both times I have used them have been emergency. First one 9 at night and the pipe busted in the wall. Was there in 30mins fixed in less then an hour. The second time our board heating sprung a leak and sprayed glycol on my floor. Called and they were there in 20min and fixed within the hour. They are clean fast and to the piont. Wi be using them from here on out.

We had an emergency heating issue with our Navien boiler (E278 error) in the middle of a North Pole, AK winter — not a situation you want to be in without heat. Platinum Mechanical, LLC responded quickly, even on a weekend, and their technician was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly certified with Navien systems just like their website states. He diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and explained everything along the way. Yes, emergency weekend service comes at a premium, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality of work and the peace of mind of having heat restored safely.
