Called with a plumbing emergency following a terrible cold snap when literally everyone else is having plumbing issues, and Scottie's still got us taken care of immediately! Yes, I hired a plumber because he has his dog on his Facebook page... Jason was booked up but was able to squeeze me in a week before Christmas. My kitchen sink was not functional! He replaced both corroded shutoff valves and assisted me in accessing my faucet cartridge for a vinegar soak. He even returned after the holiday to tighten up a tiny leak on one line. I was almost embarrassed for even letting him know about it. He made me feel comfortable,and encouraged me to call again if I had another drip. His charge was well below other companies for similar services reviewed elsewhere. I will definitely use their services in the future.
