A couple of weeks ago one of my toilets started acting up. I used (2) plungers and even purchased an auger to snake the toilet. Still no luck. In addition, it gurgled after flushing. Derrick Hayes came and out and took a look. He suggested two options: rebuild my old toilet or I could purchase a new one. I decided on purchasing a new one. He had to spec it out and order it. Long story short, Derrick installed the new toilet and he couldn't have been more professional. His knowledge and attention to detail really gave me confidence in the product and his work.
Andrew is an exceptional professional. He let me know everything he was doing with the install of the faucet and garbage disposal. He asked my input on how I wanted the faucet installed. I will use this company again, only if Andrew does the work. He deserves a raise!
Andrew Sacdalan was thorough, patient, and persistent. He kept asking questions and pursuing answers with me and while on the phone with the manufacturer. He took the time to explain things to me and arrive at a solution. Andrew was skilled and wonderful to work with!
Water heater replacement by Gray Plumbing Inc. I Called in the morning for a service technician to check my leaking water heater.The technician Eric Brown made it on time to meet us to check on the tank, he was informative on why getting a new tank is no doubt the best deal, he did the installation clean. He was very polite & professional.We’re happy with the worked done.
I am so happy we were able to find Gray plumbing. Without them, I do not believe we would’ve gotten such an amazing job done on our house. We moved into a very old home, however it needed a lot of work on the inside. We would like to give a special thank you to Jeremy and Brandon for all the hard work they did. It is hard to have strangers in your personal space, however, Brandon and Jeremy were very personable, respectful and responsible with the job. We would also like to thank the owner Jeff for taking the time to come out really look at our situation and offer us the best solution to get the job done, right. He to was very respectful, understanding and hand on with the job. When the job was complete, Gray plumbing cleaned up very well. Yet, for all who know, plumbing can be a very expensive job and most people do not offer financing however, Gray’s plumbing did. Thank you team for completing such an amazing job.
