I was very pleased with 5 Star plumbing. I asked my neighbor who she used for plumbing issues after I realized I had a leak after receiving a high-water bill She said she had used 5 Star plumbing several times and would not call anybody else. I called they came out that afternoon the tech was Brighton. He was a super nice young man and was very through checking inside for any leaky toilets or faucets. After not finding any leaks inside he started checking outside and could not find the leak, he knew it had to be between the house and meter. He gave me the number for a company to call that could find the leak without digging up my whole yard. They came out the next morning and found the leak then Brighton and Trevor came out and fixed the leak. I can hardly even tell where they dug up my sod. I will be using 5 Star for all my plumbing needs. As far as the cost I would say it was not cheap, but it was fixed in a timely manner, and my yard was not destroyed. Cheap is not always better they say you get what you pay for and I feel I got that with 5 Star plumbing.

We had an outstanding experience with our plumber Luke, and couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his work and the responsiveness of the entire 5 Starr plumbing team. From the very beginning, communication was clear, professional, and timely. Luke arrived when promised, took the time to evaluate our concerns, and took the time to explain the issues in understandable terms, and walked us through our options before starting. He was very trustworthy and gave us confidence.

The workmanship itself was exceptional - neat, precise, and clearly done with pride and expertise. Everything was completed efficiently, the work areas were left spotless, and the final result exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill, reliability, and genuine care for the customer the way Luke does.

We would absolutely recommend him & the 5 Starr team without hesitation and will be using their services again should we need them in the future. Truly top-notch service from start to finish. Thank you!

They did an outstanding job from initial booking to completion of the job. They contacted us the morning of and when the technician was heading our direction. On site, Bryton, was very professional and went about his work in a professional manner. Kept us informed of progress he was making. He checked everything upon completion to make sure the clog had been removed and then proceeded to check again before he left. He got the clog out of the pipe. He was very thorough in everything. On the billing side the process was very smooth and convenient. Appreciate their quick response and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work done.

We've used 5 Starr a few times and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results. They are always very respectful towards us, our house, and our time. They give us a window of time they will arrive, but always call when they are on their way. They are very knowledge with regard to every situation they've tackled for us, including a tricky problem with our tankless water heater, and they are able to explain what they have found and what needs to be done so even I could understand it. And they make sure the job is done right before they leave. I have been very impressed with every aspect of my interactions with them and can't recommend them any higher.
