I’m a mom with a 2-month-old newborn, so having reliable hot water is extremely important. My water heater failed and was only giving me about 15 minutes of hot water at best. I called around for estimates, but everything was out of my price range.When I called Mr. Rooter, their lead tech, Madison, and apprentice, Noah, came out and initially quoted the same price as the other companies. After learning I had a newborn at home, they went above and beyond to help. They had recently removed a 7-year-old water heater from another home that was still in good working condition and had 3 years left on the manufacturer’s warranty. They replaced worn parts and rebuilt it to make sure I’d get the most life out of it.Noah installed the unit while Madison supervised and made sure everything was done right. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even signed me up for their Advantage Plan, which gives me 10% off future work.Excellent service and genuinely kind people. 10/10 — highly recommend.
We had an awesome experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The Master Plumber Madison initially walked us through the entire plans for repiping from old copper plumbing, replacing out of code water heater and installing Halo 5 water filtration system. We were able to be available to have entire process explained to us as he worked. After these items were completed, we also had Madison replace kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink drain mechanism (pop-up), again explaining to us as he worked. He was extremely knowledgable and ensured that we were satisfied with all work before he left.The owner, Christopher, dropped by periodically to ensure that we were satisfied. He was extremely professional and upon completion of jobs did a thorough walk through of work completed to ensure our satisfaction.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work. We are extremely satisfied and will use Mr. Rooter for any future needs!!!!
Madison and Noah came out same day to repair a busted pipe in my front yard - fast, friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable! 10 out of 10 would/will recommend!! These guys are the best of the best!
