I’m a mom with a 2-month-old newborn, so having reliable hot water is extremely important. My water heater failed and was only giving me about 15 minutes of hot water at best. I called around for estimates, but everything was out of my price range.
When I called Mr. Rooter, their lead tech, Madison, and apprentice, Noah, came out and initially quoted the same price as the other companies. After learning I had a newborn at home, they went above and beyond to help. They had recently removed a 7-year-old water heater from another home that was still in good working condition and had 3 years left on the manufacturer’s warranty. They replaced worn parts and rebuilt it to make sure I’d get the most life out of it.
Noah installed the unit while Madison supervised and made sure everything was done right. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even signed me up for their Advantage Plan, which gives me 10% off future work.
Excellent service and genuinely kind people. 10/10 — highly recommend.
