Thomas and his apprentice were on time and very respectful to us. They kept us informed of everything they did. They worked fast and thoroughly, finishing the job quicker than we thought they would. They cleaned up once they were finished and tested out all our water lines to ensure everything worked as it should. They went above and beyond today. I plan to use this company in the future. I definitely recommend them.
We recently purchased a condo in Orange Beach. We live out of state, so our realtor referred us to Rice Plumbing to replace the hot water heater. I called requesting a dishwasher repair advising that I knew it was leaking underneath. I even sent a photo showing the leak on the carport ceiling underneath (see attached photo). Today Repairman called to tell me I had a leak but that Rice does not repair appliances. Why was this not explained when I requested the service call? I was specific on the problem and will not pay for this service call.I have used Rice at least twice prior and was satisfied but not this time.
