John always makes himself available. He takes the time to explain what he's found and what he's doing to fix the issue(s). I'm so glad my good friend had recommended him. John is dependable and hardworking and I never hesitate to call him with any heating or AC problem. A true gentleman and very fair with his pricing.

John is the best. He’s a true professional. The prices are fair, excellent communication, reliable, service is top notch and done with quality materials and care. John has done a variety of jobs for us and handled each one masterfully despite challenging obstacles that often present themselves in a home as old as ours. He’s one of the most valuable and appreciated contacts in my phone.

Soares Plumbing was excellent. John was very professional, caring and fully understood my issue. He went beyond what was necessary to do the job. If I could give him six stars I would?
