Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville did a great job handling a sewer line issue at my home. They first came out to inspect and locate the problem, which turned out to be a separation in the backyard line that was causing sewer backups. They clearly explained the issue, provided a quote for the repair, and were professional throughout the process.
When they returned to complete the repair, they fixed the 4-inch sewer line connection to the main, used the proper adapters and shielded band connections, and made sure everything was properly bedded with gravel and backfilled. I appreciated that they took the time to do the repair correctly and to code rather than cutting corners.
Overall, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The communication was solid, the work was completed professionally, and the peace of mind was worth it. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville to anyone needing sewer line repair or plumbing work.

Price was on the higher end. The job was done quickly and with good results. Warnning: The main thing is there is a $80 dispatch fee, which was not communicated beforehand when I scheduled, and not clearly posted anywhere on the website and certainly overpriced for a 10 min exam since I already know where the problem is. Won't recommend.
