Cape Fear did a fantastic job installing our new Trane HVAC system today, I recommend this company for any new units. The installers Nelson and Santos did an excellent job removing our old unit and installing the new one. I highly recommend Cape Fear Air Electrical and Plumbing of Raleigh for any HVAC work. Top notch company.

We got an extremely large Lumbee bill, so we called around and got 3 different system check's and estimates, to see what the problem was, it turned out that our HVAC system needed to be replaced , Cape Fear Air, was by far the best,every technician that came out was Very knowledgeable and professional and prompt and consistent ,a special shout out to Matt and Jeffrey, you guy's are the best! I called Cape Fear yesterday morning to inquire about getting my hot water heater expansion tank replaced. Within a few hours of my initial call, I had a tech here (Rob) who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He confirmed the tank was bad and quoted me a great price for the replacement. I was scheduled for the install at noon today, but he called nearly 2 hours early and asked if he could come earlier to get the job done. (OF COURSE!!) The job was originally scheduled to start at noon, but it was completed by then. The tank and the labor come with a 1-year warranty, and I could not be happier with the workmanship and the professionalism and kindness of everyone that I spoke to. (Rob (tech) and all the people in the office.) You have a customer for life! Great job!
