They provided accurate timelines, stayed on schedule with completion dates, and the quality of work has always been excellent. What really sets them apart is their responsiveness — anytime we’ve had even a minor plumbing issue, they’ve sent someone out right away and taken care of it without hesitation.

Excellent experience with Randy! Had to have the house re-piped and for the most part, didn't have water for over a week.
After getting quotes from other plumbing companies, I chose BFW, mainly due to the reviews online and in person reviews.
Once I made the call, BFW had the work set up quickly and let me know Randy would be the plumber doing the job.
Randy gave me clear information, kept me informed of the timeline of completion, (which was really quick considering the scope of the job!), and ensured I had water at the end of the first day...which I wasn't expecting! Randy and his helper, Evan, were professional, courteous, informative and did their best to minimize the mess...which is inevitable when walls have to be opened up but they did great and cut the sheetrock in a way that the pieces could be placed back on, super helpful.
The price was fair, reasonable and lower than some other estimates I had obtained.
The lower cost definitely didn't mean lower quality, the work done is high quality.
If you need honest and clear communication along with quality work and top notch professionalism, Plumbing by BFW is the place to call.

I would absolutely recommend his services to everyone. When he returned he brought the crew and they were all professional as well. I appreciate them for repairing my pipes as quickly as they did.
