317plumber came out to look at some slow draining bathroom sinks. They were very helpful; he showed us what the issue was, how to fix it and what to do in the future if it happens again. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Their pricing model is great compared to what other companies may have charged us historically. With below freezing tempuratures and water mains busting throughout the East side, we certainly experienced low water pressure that led to our hot water heater blowing the drain gasket and emptied into our home, flooding every bedroom. I reached out to Danny last night after an old copper pipe to the heater fill valve then burst too. He emediately called me, reached out to his guys and had someone here 1st thing this morning. I highly recommend their services. A small, independent business with 29 years of liscenced experience. His guy, Dave, was cordial, pleasant to work with and repaired the hot water heater efficiently. As well I was put in emmediate touch with a restoration company. This was the most pleasant plumbing experience, given the stressful circumstances, I have ever experienced. Again, I highly recommend their services and supporting a small business.
