Brett and CJ came out to help me figure out a jet pump issues. They were on time, quick with the diagnoses and what needed to be done to fix it. Very nice and explained everything i asked about. Highly recommend will be using them again for the next problem that arises.
We called Fall Creek about a leaking toilet. Brett came out and explained the pros and cons of fixing the leak versus replacing the toilet, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, they were not able to work on our toilet since we are renting. We were not charged for the service call. When we own our home we will call Fall Creek for all heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.This is a company with integrity.

Brett and CJ came out to repair an underground water line rupture between our house and the well pump. They replaced the entire line the same day and did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done right, the area was cleaned up afterward, and everything has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend them.
Called Fall Creek Plumbing yesterday, and that same day got an estimate to replace old cast iron piping for PVC. Came out today, and finished the work for us quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly, and professional. Explained everything in great detail for us and made it such an easy process. There were multiple guys who helped out with this project: Brett, CJ, Dustin & Tyler were all great! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get some plumbing work done!
