I had an outstanding experience with Action Plumbing and Heating! From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.

What really stood out to me was the respect they showed for my home. They worked carefully, kept everything tidy throughout the process, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before leaving. You wouldn’t even know work had been done — except that everything is working perfectly!

I highly recommend Action Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. I will definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

The lady who took my call and the young man they sent to fix the pipes were both kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services.

Great customer service! Although they were closed for the day already, they responded to my text for service very quickly. I explained the problem and sent pics and they scheduled service for a few days later. Upon arrival. The technician assessed the issue. He didn’t have all the pieces available because the house is 100 years old and needed to run to Menards. Once back at the job did a great job replacing the cast iron pipe that had rusted through in a timely manner. He was very friendly and explained everything he had done. Highly recommend!!
