So very impressed with this company! Good old fashioned family owned business, where customer service still matters to them. Our pipes burst during the cold weather. They were slammed because of the below zero weather, I am sure. But from my initial call they were so friendly. They got here quick- they had to re-pipe water lines in the kitchen- the guys were efficient and knowledgeable (and very polite!). They had to go into the yucky crawl space and they even laid cloth throughout the house so they didn’t track in snow and mud. They did excellent work, highly recommend!
Great company with great customer service. I had an issue with my hot water boiler and needed service. Since I still had heat I didn't need service today. I was told the the next day I should have a service. In the early afternoon I was called and told the the repair man had a call that took longer and that the next morning I would be my time. I received a call the next morning and everything was fixed. Thanks to the repair man, Gary,(Pete also) to Ashley and especially Bob. If you need a great company this it it.
This place does not sell to the public. Went here to only look for a small compression fitting for a water heater and was told this. Just amazing how a business does not want your business.
Said they would have someone out the next day .No one came. Called asking when they would be able to make it over they said they would call to schedule an appointment.Called the next day and they said now they have to get to there existing customers first not new customers. And it would take over a week.I really dont understand why they would say they could come the next day and then say it would take a lot longer.I would have been more understanding if they would have been upfront with me when I first called.Edit :They did call to apologize after I posted this review. So I have bumped up my review cause I never like giving bad ratings.
I’m not even sure where to begin. I purchased a house in June 2023 with a boiler system. Rather than have one humongous radiator in front of the living room picture window, I hired professionals to take it out and put in two floor radiators on each side of the window. This work was done while I was out of town. When I returned home, to my surprise, they did not use copper pipes to install them. You can see from the first picture that the pex that they used was sagging and not up to code. When I asked why copper wasn’t used, I was told “my brother has it in his house so I’m sure it’s fine for your house.” I never was given an explanation as to why it was sagging. Needless to say, Even a layperson like me knew something was definitely wrong with that picture. The floor radiators in the living room never worked. Neither did the floor radiator they installed in the breakfast nook area. I was referred to P&H by another plumbing company because they specialize in extremely old boiler systems. I was told that even if I had to wait six months (which I didn’t), it would be well worth the wait. Today, copper pipes were installed, and the floor radiator that was in the breakfast nook was replaced as was the one in the office/parlor. Now, I actually have heat in every room on the 1st floor! I am beyond ecstatic, in addition to being extremely grateful! I cannot recommend P&H Plumbing highly enough. They are the consummate professionals.
