Brian is such an experienced technician and tackled the job and the work was done flawlessly. The crew showed up to the job as planned, professional, helpful, and respectful of our property. The task required new gas lines, mounting new fixtures outside, and entering crawl space. You performed the job better than anticipated start to finish without damage or repairs needed to existing walls or surfaces. All was cleaned up when they left, leaving no signs they were there other than a job well done.

Josh did a great job today fixing my shower issue that I was having.
He was fast and friendly and explained in detail of what may be needed to repair the issue and worse case scenarios. Luckily it was an easier repair than what it could have been.
Definitely will recommend Steve’s plumbing to friends and family in need of plumbing needs.

Used this company several times and never had a problem. Now I will never use them again.

I had Steves plumbing come in to replace a line in my laundry room and then check the line under my kitchen sink which was work they had previously done. The line under the kitchen sink was causing the main pipe under the house to bow upwards. The laundry room pipe was just old.

I called and scheduled an appointment. They had some time open up earlier and I let them know they could come earlier. I said I wouldnt be there, I was working, but my mom would be.They said it was no problem. Dave and his apprentice were sent out.

When I came and saw the work they had done in my laundry room I immediately called and asked why Dave had done the piping like he did. It looked absolutely terrible. All he did was take the top pipe off. He did not replace the bottom section of pipe that goes into the crawlspace. When I asked he claimed the wall was in the way. In reality he just hadnt checked the other side of the wall where it literally ran straight through. He also never called me and told me that was going to be an issue. I decided to check out the rest of the work. Under my sink had been touched which I wasnt made aware of. They had cut the pipe and messed up under my sink. Leaving a gap around the pipe directly into my crawlspace. The pipe they glued back on was disgusting and covered in Great Stuff. When I went to go check the piping under the house I discovered my crawlspace door was upside down and impacted on so tight it had almost completely stripped the bolts.

The work looked like a couple of drunks had done it. Under the sink was a mess, laundry room a mess, all the "new" piping was very dirty and discolored, and the crawlspace door was on so wrong they had made up new holes for the bolts.

When I called they sent their master plumber out a week later and he managed to get the door off. He said hed be in touch with me and they would fix my issues. I didnt hear back from them for almost a month. Finally,
I brought their bills back and said Im not paying for that work until it's fixed. Ashley said she doesn't know what happens on a job-site she claimed she couldnt really do much but I could send in pictures, I did , and then I told them in detail what my issues were and what I wanted fixed. They scheduled someone out , not Dave, for Monday December 15th, 2025.

When he called he said he was going to "clean the pipe up" not replace it or fix their mistakes but just clean it. I told him absolutely not. If Im getting charged for new pipe I want new pipe not pipe that had clearly been reused from previous job sites. He had to call and check with the office.

Then I get a call from Ashley who was even more rude and useless than before. She let me know that they had replaced the piping and that the work they did was fine. If I wanted it fixed "again" I was going to have to deal with Dave. I said I didnt want it done again I wanted it done right.we went back and forth. Ashley concluded that their work was perfectly acceptable, let me know that the damage they did to my custom made crawlspace door was not a problem, and that I was being difficult. Clearly the company believes customers should be okay with professionals not being professional or doing professional work. I cannot believe the type of treatment I have received and the lack of accountability. Standards have truly dropped. Their work, communication, and customer service was truly upsetting.

The pictures are of the piping AFTER the "work" they did. Save your time, energy, and money. Go elsewhere.

Dave and JT did a great job changing out my well tank, including adding updated fixtures. They were on time, professional and left the work area neat and clean. I would definitely recommend Steve’s Plumbing & Heating!

Steve’s plumbing came out, gave me an estimate for repairs, and was on the job in less than a week. They showed up on time and prepared. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered very professionally. I had to have sewage lines replaced outside and inside, plus drain lines replaced inside and rerouted.
All the crew worked well together and very professional. It was a pretty large job and was completed in about 7 hours. I’m very happy with the company and would use them again in the future.
I highly recommend this company.
