Terry Allen is consistently reliable and professional; I’ve had them doing furnace, AC, and water heater maintenance for me for years. Well, this week it was time to replace the furnace. The consultation and service I received from Tristan and Greg was outstanding. I also found that the price for the job was reasonable. Terry Allen is my HVAC go to!
Greg was respectful and professional. He took care of the maintenance for the furnace, found that it needed a battery and explained what that entailed and replaced it at my request. I recommend Greg as he made the appointment a good start to my day.
I needed emergency service because my hot water heater stopped working on 11/06. A tech was supposed to call me between 5-7pm and I never received a call. I called back to the answering service to report this and the tech called me about 30 minutes later. When the tech arrived, his attitude was of him not wanting to be here. He told me that he didn’t have the part he needed so he would have to get it at the office. About an hour after him starting to work on my water heater he just left, without a word. About an hour later he arrived back at my house. Turns out he went to the shop to get the part he needed but never let me know what he was doing. He ended up fixing my service and I again had hot water. After a week or two of low water pressure, I realized that he never turned my water service all of the way back on nor did he clean up the mess he made when repairing my hot water tank. I am not likely of using Terry Allen again because of this initial visit. Sorry.
I used terry allen plumbing Heating over 30 years ago. They’ve been in business that long. I called them for furnace maintenance. Very reasonable cost, timely appointment. Agent showed up timely and got the job done
