Today Jacob Diaz came out and took pictures of our kitchen clean out pipe due to a leak. I had such an amazing experience with Jason from First Choice MB AAVCO Family Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Before choosing this company, I was actually very careful with my research. A neighbor referred them to me, but when I looked online, I noticed their reviews weren’t perfect and I hesitated at first. After speaking with someone at the company, I learned they had merged about five years ago — three brothers combining — and not all of the older negative reviews belonged to this actual plumbing company. That gave me the confidence to move forward, and I’m so glad I did.

We just bought this home two months ago and didn’t know the full history of it, and Jason immediately caught a few issues that the last three plumbers I had out completely missed. His attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind.

Jason was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. He spent over three hours at my home carefully checking my plumbing system, flushing out my water heater, and completing my annual maintenance — and he never rushed a single step.

Jason is truly one of the most honest and professional plumbers I’ve ever worked with. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure I understood what was going on with my system. His kindness and integrity really stood out, and it gave me complete peace of mind.

I’ve used family plumbing (1st choice/aavco) for several repairs and maintenance needs over the last several years. I like the value I get from their family plan which includes yearly maintenance on my A/C, heater and water heater. Jason is awesome and honest. He explains issues thoroughly and doesn’t try to oversell. The techs are always prompt, friendly and clean. The office staff is also friendly and efficient with scheduling and communication. Would highly recommend.
