I was very pleased and surprised that they were able to attend a service call the same day within hours. The plumber was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a bit surprised by the cost associated with clearing the backed up toilet. But, in all fairness it was as affordable as any other company I had called. I am new to Ft.McMurray and realize the costs here are higher than the small town I am from. Overall, was impressed with the timely service and quality of work.
