Excellent company/organization. Very professional, hardworking and caring of the people and home they are working at. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided from starting off showing up after hours to check a hot water tank that malfunctioned to having it replaced within 48 hours. Northern replaced our old furnace with a new high efficiency unit. They provided a detailed quote and their schedulers were fantastic to work with to arrange the install. Gary and Eddie did the work and were excellent technicians! Their communication with us was terrific . They were on time, very efficient, extremely neat and tidy and really knew what they were doing!! Could not be any happier with Northern….very professional company!!!
Called for a hot water tank replacement. They were able to come the next morning and get the job done quickly. They removed the old tank and left the place clean. Front office staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
I called Northern Plumbing and Heating when my furnace stopped working. They were able to send someone out to look at it the same day. He gave me a few different options with clear and honest explanations. The part that I needed was unique, so it would have been expensive and my furnace was already past its life expectancy so I opted to replace it.Jason and his team did a phenomenal job with the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one. They took the time to replace a lot of the venting and the condensation pipe which was more difficult than it should have been because it wasn't done right the first time. These guys are knowledgeable and respectful and they clearly take pride in their work.The cost was reasonable and despite the extra effort and time that went into it, my invoice was still within the quoted price range.All around, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this company.
