Be careful of this business, overcharging.Called as I needed a faucet replacement. Service tech arrived in a timely fashion and completed the repair work which was fine.The issue was the Technician first started at a $1000 quote for a standard Moen faucet replacement. I mentioned that price was outrageous and then he said they have another one that would be $800. They took advantage of the situation because I was remote and not able to fix myself. I know the market and a standard moen faucet costs less than $200. Also, The invoice was not itemized, only showing a flat charge of $800.Will not be using this business moving forward. Very upset.
Had high quality work done twice by Aztec for our water system. I really recommend them for any plumbing needs.Our first service was to replace our water pressure tank and the second was to replace a failing pressure switch. They provide a detailed invoice and high definition before and after photos as well.Our technician, Giandrey Pepin came to fix both, and each time he was punctual, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the field, detail-oriented and thorough with his work, and a great listener for any questions I asked.
