Trying to DYI these things doesn't allow you to have all the right tools and knowledge and experience. Kithchen faucet installation of one we purchased, and a valve replacement, all done within a couple hours. Showed us how to maintain the sprayer and what to watch out for regarding old hose to the dishwasher. Thank you!

We had the absolute best experience with Lee from Lee County Plumbing! He came out to fix our Elkay water fountain, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him.

He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had it working perfectly in no time. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right.

On top of that, he was friendly, respectful, and left everything clean when he was finished. It’s such a relief to find a plumber you can trust!

I cannot say enough good things about Paul. I had no water since the night before and was absolutely miserable and overwhelmed. From the moment he arrived, he was calm, professional, honest, and incredibly reassuring. In a stressful situation, he truly felt like an angel in disguise.
He was upfront, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a way that helped me make the best decision without any pressure. That meant a lot to me. I am naturally very anxious when it comes to home repairs because so many companies use high-pressure sales tactics, but this was the exact opposite experience. Paul made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Even though I could have attempted the repair myself, I was not in the right headspace to handle it. The peace of mind, education, and professionalism he provided were absolutely worth it. My water is working perfectly now, and I feel so grateful.
I even requested additional quotes for future projects because of how positive this experience was. I plan to move forward with those when I am able. Paul represents your company exceptionally well. He deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with someone coming into my home for repairs.
