Great service, they came in for repair and installation the very next day after I called. Which I think it is very reasonable. Very efficient service. Brandon was the guy to do the installation of my new water heater. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgable. Not having to worry about what to do with the old water heater I think is key and also he left the area well cleaned up as well. Would I recommend The Goat Plumbing service yes I would.
Had a great experience, Feb. 2, 2026 with The GOAT Plumbing Co. as they installed a new hot water heater. We met Anthony who answered any and all questions fully and was very personable. Our tech, Janiel, was excellent as well. Again, he answered any and all questions thoroughly very personable and cleaned up everything before he left. Communication from everyone at the office, arrival times, do we need anything else at this time, was awesome. Highly recommend The Goat Plumbing Co.On another note, we were glad to hear that Danny from Cam Plumbing was still involved.

They took great care of our grill and sink installation, working efficiently, neatly, and with clear attention to detail.What truly stood out, however, was their willingness to go above and beyond. On Saturday evening, they came to our rescue when our hot water heater needed to be fixed. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and calm problem-solving made a stressful situation much easier.They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. The Goat responded thr same day when I called and informed them that we did not have any water. Kevin was the plumber who came out and immediatley identified the problems causing our plumbing issues. He also provided us with a very informative explanation of the problems, as well as an estimate for the repairs.Kevin was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He secured all of the materials necessary to do the job and completed the work the same day. He checked everything thoroughly upon completion of his work to ensure that all of our plumbing issues were adequately addressed. My husband and I highly recommend the Goat and Kevin. We would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.
